We like to call our customer support team the Customer Success Team, as our prime interest is in your success through the use of the Acelero platform.

The Acelero Customer Success Team really empathises with our customers to ensure the best possible outcomes. It’s all about putting ourselves in the customer’s shoes.

The Acelero Customer Success Team is conveniently based at Acelero’s head office in Sydney and offers both online and direct access.

Each of our customers is assigned a direct Customer Success Manager who knows and understands your company and its processes. This ensures continuity in our relationship with systems administrators, advice and help that addresses your needs and much faster response times.
 

The Acelero support team provides expert and skilled training and support during the implementation period, both onsite and by quick response remote access when required.

The team is there to answer your queries from 8am-6pm weekdays plus provides out of office support via the support email form.
