Meet the Acelero management team

Ken Sheridan

Managing Director

Ken Sheridan has over 25 years’ experience in senior management in major corporations in Australia and Asia. His background provides a pragmatic and commercial approach to the human capital management challenges confronting all organisations.

A Bachelor of Economics graduate and Chartered Accountant, he spent 11 years with KPMG before he moved into the commercial sector where he held several CFO roles with large multinational companies in Australia and Asia. In particular, he spent three years as CFO of a top 10 Malaysian listed company. Upon his return to Australia, Ken became CFO for Tenix, one of Australia’s largest private companies with over 3,000 employees.

Ken is now Managing Director of Acelero, a company which provides software solutions in relation to strategic HR matters, including performance management, compensation and reward, talent management and succession planning.
Tony Leung

Software Development Manager

Tony Leung has over 25 years of IT software development experience across diverse industries and project sizes. Over the past 10 years Tony has been designing and developing a number of eCommerce applications delivered over the internet: Tony joined Acelero in December 2008 as Chief Technical Architect, Tony has been instrumental in ensuring that the Acelero platform is not only the easiest to use, but also has the capability to scale to manage the transaction volumes that a SaaS service requires. In adddition to the Acelero development Tony’s experience extends to: Online Shopping and Smart Selection Systems, Advertisement Content Management Systems, Online Investment Management Systems, Finance Quote and Loan Application Systems, Electronic Product Catalogue and Search systems.

As Acelero’s CTA he has redefined the technical specifications, optimised the architecture for scaling and performance and designed of delivery platform. He has drawn together a talented team of developers, and applied rigorous standards to the ongoing development. Tony is a keen supporter of Australian IT industry and, with his previous colleagues and associates, is an active member of Australian software development community.
Emma Magnusson

ANZ Regional Business Development Manager

Emma Magnusson has successfully led large teams in several private and public companies throughout her career including international experience gained in Europe / Scandinavia / UK and USA with companies such as Qantas Airways, American Express and Key Data Services (KDS France).

“In HR I see myself as an agent for change, a catalyst that gets momentum building in a project. By engaging the leadership and delivery teams we often have to discover a new language, a communication path across diversity before the project team can form and perform extraordinary feats.”

I hope to grow the awareness and use of the Acelero toolkit throughout Australia and New Zealand in the coming year. The impact of clearly communicating corporate strategy and linking company performance to individual and project goals cannot be denied. Nathan Gowdie

Manager Implementation & Customer Success Team

Nathan brings to Acelero experience in the implementation of business information systems. A Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) graduate of UWS, Nathan’s previous experience includes implementing and supporting systems in the digital print and design industry as well as providing technical sales assistance to customers.

A background in business analysis, UAT testing and quality assurance, together with an engaging manner, results in Nathan being ideally positioned to understand customer requirements and deliver outcomes that suit their needs.
